We rode through Seattle looking for a lost 1900 bicycle lunch stop that is somewhere in the woods of Interlaken Drive.  Then we went to Elliott Bay Books and Eben proposed that we start a bicycle religion so that if cyclists are doored they can claim it is a hate crime!

The first three Kalakalas are in stock and ready to ride!

Chris, Daniel and I built them up last night.

We now have three sizes. 49,55 and 58cm.

the 49cm is $2,375.00. But remember: each one is special and different than the other. I’m sure we’ll eventually settle on a couple of standard build profiles but right now we’re freely exploring the different ways the Kalakala can perform and look.
